Final Sale Policy

At Duality Jewelry, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and intention. Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our designs, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, sizing issues, or signs of wear. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Warranty Policy — Defects Only

We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Duality Jewelry offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty that applies only to structural defects resulting from faulty materials or errors during production.

This warranty covers only:

✔️ Broken clasps due to manufacturer defect
✔️ Faulty closures from production error
✔️ Defects in the physical construction of the jewelry

This warranty does not cover and we are not responsible for:

✖️ Damage caused by wear, improper use, or accidents
✖️ Tarnishing or natural aging of materials such as silver or pearls
✖️ Lost, stolen, or removed components
✖️ Modifications or repairs made by third parties
✖️ Cosmetic changes or user damage, including stretching, bending, or exposure to chemicals or moisture

Repair Policy

Repairs will only be provided if the issue falls strictly within the warranty coverage as outlined above. Duality Jewelry reserves the sole right to determine warranty eligibility upon inspection.

Requests for repairs outside the scope of warranty will be declined or may be offered at an additional cost, subject to availability and approval.
